So, Engadget already had a chance to get their hands on an O2 iPhone and posted up a nice gallery of the UK JesusPhone. That’s all well and good, but there’s one little thing that caught our eye. It looks like the O2 iPhone has a new section in the “Settings” menu - the “TV out” options are enticing indeed.
The O2 iPhone is purported to be running the as-yet-unreleased iPhone firmware v.1.1.1, which leads us to believe that the upcoming update could enable a TV-out feature on our Yankee iPhones.
Get ready for some Apple-branded “Made for iPhone” TV-out cables to hit your local Apple Store. We’ll be watching this space for you guys, stay tuned!
