2ergo has won a five-year contract with O2 UK to provide mobile marketing services, utilising it’s multisend platform. As the name suggests, the platform will allow O2 to communicate with it’s end-users, over SMS, MMS, and Email.
The platform will also be fully-integrated with O2’s CRM system, allowing Marketers to devise further interactive campaigns, drive marketing results, and build on customer relationships, in a targeted manner.
Personalisation is key in the platform, as is the capturing of instant responses, all in an automated fashion. Potential use-cases include appointment and payment reminders, membership/subscription renewals, marketing campaigns, and customer surveys.
